If you anticipate you are going to be late more than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if there is still time availability to complete your service. We will only hold your appointment for 15 minutes past your scheduled time without any contact from you, after that time has passed, your appointment will be considered a "No show" and charges will apply. (please see below)
If you are early please call ahead before coming into the salon as we may still be with another client. You are welcome to browse the retail store however, no seating is available.
If you are wanting to add services to your appointment that will require additional time, please add that addition to you online booking or call the salon/spa to ensure that your request can be fulfilled.
As you are aware this is a business and our source of income. If you don't show up we don't get paid. No Shows have a significant impact on our business. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
Less than 48 hours notice given - 50% of the service price will be charged.
Less than 24 hours notice given - 100% of the service price will be charged.
If payment is not made no further appointments will be offered.
We accept cash and credit cards. Full payment is expected upon completion of your treatment or service. Please insure you have the correct amount of funds available before you arrive.
If you are under the weather, please reschedule your appointment. We understand everyone gets ill at some time. We are willing to work with you regarding cancellations due to illness of your own, or immediate family members in the home.
We do not provide services for miners under the age of 13. Parents or guardians must sign a consent form and be present in the facility at all times. Please do not bring guests or children with you to your appointment, our focus is on you during this time.
